Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center

The room was a bit small but very clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing, professional, pleasant to talk with and very helpful! I enjoyed my stay. I loved that they offer coffee in the lobby and it was actually good!

In town for a conference and not the best experience. Rooms are like small dorms with a “wet bath” and the HVAC system is poorly controlled. Prepare for very hot or very cold; no in between. Get everything done in the bathroom before you shower, because the whole bathroom is wet after. Room price was expensive for what was offered, IMO. Called ahead of the trip to confirm availability of an EV charger in the parking garage before committing to driving a work EV to the conference. Staff was friendly and informed me that there was a level 2 charger on the lobby floor that was working. Arrived with 7% battery to find that it’s currently down and has been down for at least a month. I asked the desk about it and they said that MSU owns the chargers and there’s not much they can do. 🤷 Staff w

Was part of a company annual meeting there this week. Absolutely excellent catered food for the event and excellent wait staff. They know how to serve food. Room was great minus the sink faucet which is too close to the bottom of the sink. Just perplexing. That's the only reason for the 4 stars on the room. Other than that, it was one of the cleanest places I've been to and the campus is beautiful on an early fall day. Thank you for a great time!

I stayed overnight for a conference. Location was perfect, however, the room was so incredibly hot that I was unable to sleep. There was a fan, but it only blew hot air. The T.V. repeatedly froze and spontaneously shut off and wouldn’t turn back on, and when I went to shower in the morning, the water was lukewarm warm at best. I made a purchase in the gift shop and pop was expired. I didn’t check the date until I opened it and it was completely flat. I voiced my concerns at the desk and they said they would look into it. Nice conference location, however hotel accommodation, especially for the cost of the room was very subpar.

The location of this hotel is excellent, in relation to DC. The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice. My rating is lower because there was a surprise $50 parking charge. The rate for parking is outrageous and the charge was not mentioned at check-in or during the booking process. It was not until the bill arrived, that the charge was seen. On top of that, parking is a good 8 minute walk away. There is absolutely no reason it should cost. The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms were ok, but definitely clean. The pillows are tiny. i would recommend at least 4 per bed.
