JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort & Spa

We got one of their remodeled rooms and it was beautiful but I do miss the wonderful bathtub. They had it beautifully decorated for Christmas. The room service was so fast I didn’t know who could be knocking on the door. It was as clean and comfortable.

First time staying here and we loved it! Beautiful, quiet hotel with amazing flavored water in the lobby every day. The restaurants were great — had lunch at The Signature Grill and our waitress was awesome. Our newer room felt super high-end and had a really nice enclosed balcony with two chairs and a table — it felt private and comfortable. The pool and lazy river were perfect for relaxing, and the gym was great too. We also hiked one of the trails across from the resort — absolutely beautiful! Overall, an awesome stay

For my bday, I had the pleasure of getting a fantastic massage from Brooke and a deep cleaning facial from Adriana. Both of them, along with the rest of the spa staff are some of the kindest, most personable people I've ever met. I highly recommend both of them and to visit! I'll be back in the future for more services!

Clean lobby and well-organized valet area. Front desk staff were polite and efficient when I was inside. Pickup zone is clearly marked, which makes it easy for guests coming and going. Had no issues coordinating transportation using a local service like Tucson Rideshare. Would recommend for convenience and location.

Service is top notch here. I kept asking how long employees worked there. Lowest was 3 years and top was 20 years! With the back drop being hiking trails I took big advantage of that fact! Enjoy!
