JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa

so far OK, little bit pricy, towel not as clean as you wish

Let me just start by saying this JW is absolutely spectacular! We normally stay at the JW at Grande Lakes but we recently discovered this hotel and I think this is our new favorite property in Orlando. The hotel is modern, beautifully decorated but still feels smaller, very comfortable and quite homey. The service is outstanding and all the amenities are as good as any other high end hotel. One thing this hotel gets right is that it has plenty of comfortable seating all around the hotel, both inside and outside. This is very important in a hotel and something that other hotels often missed the mark on. Outstanding hotel! The best hotel I’ve ever stayed with while visiting the Disney parks. The rooms are big, very clean, above and beyond service. The breakfast layout is amazing, and the food is top tier. Kids club with activities on the 6th floor. Shuttle service to and from Disney parks. Very nice pool area. Friendly staff, that make a tremendous effort to make sure you are having an amazing stay… example, I was at the tenderloin station for breakfast and the guy cutting my slice said “hello how are you?” I replied very good, and I asked how he was, and with the biggest smile he said “happy”. Great spot and I travel half of the year, and with out a doubt, this is one of the top 5 hotels in the world I’ve stayed.

Stayed over Valentine’s Day weekend. Had a great experience. The resort is beautiful with a gorgeous lobby and lobby bar/restaurant. Kids loved the giant gelato wheel in the lobby cafe. Pool was huge and never felt crowded. Rooms are very well appointed as is the bathroom. The double queen rooms are slightly larger than standard. The Valentine’s Brunch on Sunday (2/15) was phenomenal. Best hotel brunch ever. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our entire stay here. All hotel staff were extremely friendly and willing to help you any way they can. You feel very welcomed from the moment you meet the valet until checkout. 10/10. Will be back.

The service at this hotel is excellent. Staff are quick to assist and genuinely eager to help, which made check‑in smooth and efficient. The lobby is huge, beautifully designed, and filled with comfortable seating, giving a great first impression. The rooms are very spacious, even the standard ones. I was upgraded to a suite, which was large and comfortable. However, the bathroom was surprisingly ordinary for a hotel of this level. The shower only had a handheld option with no overhead shower, and the water pressure was weak. The temperature also fluctuated constantly between hot and cold, which made showering frustrating. Parking was a big plus — plenty of space, safe, and easy to access. One major disappointment was the lack of complimentary breakfast, even for titanium members. Charg
