Juniper Hill Inn, Ogunquit Resort Collection

I really liked this place. The beds are super comfortable, the rooms spacious, the grounds well maintained. It's within easy walking distance of shopping and lots of restaurants. There are lawn games you can use plus 2 heated pools and a small hot tub. The only downside is that you can hear people walking around on the unit above. It's not loud but there.

Black mold on ceilings on our room and our son's room. The people next door checked out and the door was open. Black mold on ceiling in that room, too. This place is an old, musty smelling motel. I reported it to the manager and they sent someone to squirt bleach on the one spot but neglected the rest of the ceiling. It seems to be in the same areas in all the room. Instead if fixing whatever is leaking, they hide it by using bleach. Rude staff response towards our room issue. Lowers rooms poorly insulated and hear people stomping back and forth all hours of the day and night. Save your money and stay elsewhere. Rooms smell of musty odor. ||My son checked out for a wedding and was going to check back in but we decided to leave. They held 1 night even though we didn't check him back in. To

We were overall pleased with our stay at Juniper Hill Inn with 1 exception the 20 dollar early check-in fee I feel that with the daily 25 dollar amenity fee the early check in should have been implemented under that fee without any additional fees.

We had a fabulous stay and will definitely be back.. we loved our welcome drinks, the location, & the price. 5 min walk to town and delicious restaurants right across the street..The room was comfortable and very clean.. My daughter loved the indoor and outdoor pools! Swimming outside at the end of September is fabulous. My only 2 issues.. lots of walking noise heard above our room…the other frustration was that once we were checked out (11am) we had planned stay in town for a full day.. my daughter was hoping to swim for one last time before having to take off and we were disappointed that we weren’t allowed to use the facilities.. most hotels I’ve stayed at allow this.. considering you pay for two nights and you don’t even get a full 48 hrs stay..would have been nice to use the pool one

Great location to shops and restaurants. Room clean beds comfortable. Outside pool and jacuzzi open nice surprise. Great breakfast place 3 minute walk. Beach not to far most things in area walkable or a very short drive.
