Jefferson Inn Montana

Hard to believe such a cozy comfy hotel exists in Whitehall, Montana. This place is amazing! It smells fantastic inside! The staff is super accommodating. Complimentary snacks abound and a great continental breakfast everyday! The rooms are clean and have all the necessary amenities. Great game room and workout room also! Easy access off I90. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel has a very "homey" feel to it and the staff are awesome! The night desk lady was friendly and pleasant and it was clear that she wanted it stay to be the best she could make it. Amanda, at the front desk, the next morning was such a sweetheart. We will definitely be staying here the next time we're in Whitehall! The room was clean and quiet and the hotel location is near so many of Montana's hidden treasures. We highly recommend staying at the Jefferson Inn!

A great independent hotel! Room (single King) was actually nice and big - had decent open space. - Complimentary water and snacks provided which was a nice touch. TV was blessedly easy to navigate. A very well stocked gas station that essentially had groceries and an A&W/KFC are right across the street. Staff absolutely went above and beyond. I had left a small pet bed in the room and when I called they were able to charge the card on file and mail it back to me; even sent me a text update. If this had been a chain hotel I never would have seen that (handmade gift) again. I can’t thank them enough but hopefully this helps!

The women who run the lobby (perhaps manage hotel as well, not sure) were both incredibly warm, kind, understanding, and accommodating. I had a vehicle being fixed in town and it ended up being a 3 day wait instead of a couple hours and the hotel made it bearable. My last day was Christmas Eve and they helped me out much more than what was even imaginable, based on stays at many hotels & motels over the years. The room was ideal as well, in my opinion. As “country cozy”, comfortable, updated, and as nice as it can be before crossing the line into unaffordable. Personally, a huge plus was the AC/fan unit that wasn’t manually set to eco mode or only allow controlling minimal temperature differences. Fan or AC could run all night and as a fan sleeper stuck without a fan, it allowed me to slee

This is the second time that I have stayed at this nice local motel. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable in the showers were hot. Room has a good size mini refrigerator with a separate bigger freezer. But what really sense this place apart is the exceptionally friendly staff. They make you feel at home.
