J & J RV Park & Storage

Campground was nice, clean and quiet, but the man overcharged me by $25. I had a reservation, and a receipt for that reservation. The price outside even said it was $45 per night right on the door, but he said it was supposed to be $55, and charged me extra. Don’t trust the price you’re quoted. Terrible business practice.

We stayed here overnight as we were passing through back home to Houston. We were greeted by JJ at the office. Friendly old guy. Very glad to make his acquaintance. We went into the office and took care of all the paperwork and payment. He then proceeded to guide us down to our spot; #20 which backed up to the creek. What a great location||The hookups were very easy and all functional as expected. Our location had a nice picnic table a long side the creek. We were able to watch the fireflies as the evening hour came upon us. ||The park has clean restrooms/showers and wi-fi worked well. We enjoyed our stay here, we almost thought about staying one more night when we learned the news of hurricane Beryl coming on land as we were pulling back into home.

Owners are very friendly. We stayed here once before and enjoyed our stay. It's been only one night each time. Even though you near the freeway is pretty quite here. They have full hookup, bathrooms, level spots, pull through and back in, those have a creek flowing behind the spot.

Does not allow children!!! That might be fantastic to horrible humans that hate kids like obviously JJ the owner does. He hung up on me after I said I had 1 10 year old. Please do not support this horrible man that hates children.
