Island House, Sea Colony East

Fantastic! We watched Dolphins every morning. The beach isn't a long gradual slope, it is a steep drop off by the water so it's not ideal for lil ones (this probably changes often?). The pools have life guards and their is constant security. We are visiting in the off season, but it feels very safe. The entryways, parking lot, and walkways are all well maintained and clean!

Everything was ok. It was an average condo facing the ocean. Honestly nothing special. The indoor pool is 4 buildings away. The lighting in the main hallways and by the 5th floor elevator is very poor or non-existent. Otherwise, it was quiet and pleasant enough. Nothing special, nothing negative.

All rentals if you are not an owner. We rented for one week-- incredible ocean views directly on front of building, elevator building, parking available for our two cars, indoor and outdoor pools, and indoor hot tub available at a sister building. Stunning location, but I could see that fully on-season would be crowded with every buildings unit rented/ used. We were there right after typical season so it was quiet (perfect!!) Good for family and/or friends to rent a unit(s)

This is a nice place. It is beach front and lots of pools in the complex both indoor and out. Had a good time.

My mom and I come to Sea Colony every year with my sister's family to stay at the beach for a week in August
