Bethany Beach Ocean Suites Residence Inn

We did not stay here. Attended an event here. Space was nice. Staff was nice. Bartenders worked hard, was an open bar. Just like most events with open bars, drinks did not seem to have any alcohol. I only had 1 drink didn't want to just drink simple syrup with other mixers. Drink I had after open bar that I paid for was perfect. Food was okay, no real complaints. Overall was a nice space with staff that was helpful and did a good job. Would consider coming back to try an overnight stay. People we met who were staying there said rooms were nice and offered no complaints.

We visited Thanksgiving weekend and really enjoyed all the holiday decorations around the hotel. The staff was great too and everyone really made an effort to make us feel as comfortable as possible.||They also had a great live band playing at the restaurant in the hotel which was really nice! ||Overall its hard to beat the views and location to the boardwalk for enjoying all the holiday activities going on in Bethany. Would highly recommend!

From beginning to end the service was beyond my expectations. The hotel was steps away from the beach which made getting on to the beach easier for my elderly parents. The hotel staff were so kind and very attentive to our needs. Housekeeping was accommodating also. Peggy, the Concierge, was awesome. She made sure there was a special gift for my Mom's birthday in the room when we arrived. The room was very spacious for four people and well stocked to meet our needs. I was not as impressed with the take out from the restaurant as I was with the rest of my hotel experience. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at the Bethany Beach Ocean Suites Residence Inn.

Second time staying here during the holidays. We visited over New Year’s last year and came back for Christmas this time. Christmas week was much quieter, which we loved 😊 Last year we were on the first floor boardwalk room, and the view felt limited. This time we stayed on the second floor and it was much nicer. Platinum status was acknowledged at check-in, but no benefits were offered then. We did request late checkout a day before check-out and got 4pm. Overall, a peaceful stay and a great experience!

One of the best Delaware Beach Hotels! Stayed here for 4 nights at the end of Sept. 2025 and had an incredible stay. Hotel is directly on the Bethany Beach Boardwalk & just steps away to the beach. The hotel & room was updated, very clean, and modern. Each morning they offer a Free Breakfast buffet which had a great selection of hot & cold breakfast items.The location was in walking distance to the shops and restaurants of Bethany Beach and a very short drive to other areas of interest such as Rehoboth Beach, DE, Fenwick Island, DE as well as Ocean City, MD. The staff during my stay were very friendly and welcoming, also a big shoutout to Lori at the front desk!!
