IOP Escapes Beach Dream

This gorgeous new home was AMAZING! It was so comfortable, clean, well designed, and well stocked. If your group likes to cook the size of the kitchen is unbelievable. On any given night there were at least six of us preparing dinner in the kitchen and there was still room to spare. The bedrooms are perfectly sized, the pool area is spacious, and the location a quick walk, golf cart, or bike ride to the beach. My grandsons really enjoyed the nearby park for hitting baseballs and playing pickleball. We were there during Hurricane Debby and still had a fabulous family week. Enjoy your stay at Beach Dream!

Incredible home for a group of families or adults to enjoy (ideal is ~10-12 people). Easy access to the beach, nearby groceries, etc. Between the pool, the screen porch, the outdoor living space and the open kitchen/living room, there are plenty of great places to socialize and have fun. The rest of Charleston is also amazing.

The home was amazing, clean, and comfortable. It felt brand new. IOP Escapes made the experience better with constant communication and follow-up to make certain our stay was the best and to make sure we never needed anything. Their guide to IOP and the house was fantastic, especially the grocery service contact info. The rooftop sitting area was a fan favorite with our group. Thank you!!

Extremely well-done house. Very nice in every way. The owner has put security cameras all over the property. I understand and appreciate the cameras at the garage and each side of the house; however, the camera aimed directly at the outdoor shower, pool and sundeck are creepy at best.

Gorgeous house!! It had everything one would need for an extravagant vacation! The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds are comfortable! It is convenient to the ocean ( less than a 5 minute walk) and downtown IOP! Highly recommend!!
