InTown Suites Extended Stay Tucson AZ

I can say that this was a great stay once I learned what was expected. The staff was very kind and helpful to me. The rooms were nice and neat. Updated furnishings. If you let them know they did their best to solve my problems. I give them two thumbs up!!!!!!

DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY. They refuse to refund my money or offer me any kind of reasonable accommodations for being disabled. They took advantage of my disabilities and took all my money, just to kick me out while i was gone to work. I believe they kicked me out due to discrimination and because I informed them of my rights as disabled person. I cant take my dog to work due to fact that its too hot out there for her and im worried she will suffer from sum heat related issue, even with water and sum shade. It cost me alot of money to have her trained to be service animal and she is too important to my well bring to allow anything to happen to her. Total disregard to any individual's disabilities & unlawful treatment of guests & there privacy.

I like staying here because I am on a Business trip for almost 3 weeks and the Kitchen is a real winner for me as I cannot eat outside everyday due to Health issues and special diet needs. This is my second time staying here, so it means I had good experience the first time. My only request from the owner- management would be to provide Room Service (Change Towels) at least 3 times a week because the towels gets dirty and the room looks cluttered. Other than that I would recommend the Hotel for short term or long term stay.

The rooms are modern and clean, well maintained, efficient (AC/heater can quickly bring your room into temp), and priced right....cheap!!! Cheap? Sure, but the thought went into how much things are put together. The chairs for example are incredibly sturdy, my son does chair yoga on them and he's a big boy. The TV is mounted on the wall with an accordion style TV mount. That same son turns the screen towards himself, shielding me from the light and sound. I have veto power and sometimes it's switched but still a small and thoughtful thing that I appreciate here. The refrigerator and freezer are roomy and definitely keep the food lasting longer and drinks colder so they don't last long at all. The AC is a must here in Arizona and they seem to have gotten the .message, the units are

Tom is positively the unsung hero of this hotel. He stays constantly on the move never missing garbage or burnt out lights. Jesus sometimes does both maintenance during the day and security when Tom needs a break. Both are very vigilant and definitely create a much safer environment for all guests. Bri and Erica run the front desk , mail, and manage the hotel - both are extremely well spoken and courteous to guests. If you catch Erica's attention you aren't following the rules - but she has been incredibly fair even in tense or contentious situations. I can't remember the name of the housekeeper but she is extremely professional and very efficient and mindful of your privacy while she is in your room. Overall you can't do much better for the value - and in these type of long term
