The hotel was not clean. The hotel was infested with cockroaches and even rats! Housekeepers don't do their jobs. The hotel smelled very bad and mildew. When I reported this to management, they were unhelpful. They wanted the hotel dirty. They don't have any level of hygiene like me because I'm the best. The management was completely incompetent. They clearly have no idea how to run a hotel. I’ve dealt with better service at budget motels, and frankly, I’m pretty sure I could do their jobs better than they can because Im the best. The housekeepes should be fired. If you want to pay money to stay in a place that ganks you ok. The hotel is a waste of hard-earned money. I'm a millionaire and got more money than the hotel and I could buy this hotel. 1/5 stars. And that’s being generous.

This is the best in town suites in Orlando. There are no roaches, which is a miracle. The only thing you have to really worry about here is the people smoking cigarettes constantly all over the parking lot.There is no designated smoking area where you could sit down. you’re also not allowed to sit in the lobby past 7 PM which is ridiculous all because of prior people. it’s really quiet here in the hotel itself. Outside of it is a different story. management and staff are nice and respectable. if you have any issues, the manager, Chris will get everything handled really fast.

Positive: Convenience only, Negative: Didn't expect only 1 pcs of hand washing soap, no shower soap or any other soap beside 1 bar soap by the sink. No vending machine, no coffee, no market place, place smell like people smoke marijuana.

There were always men at the entrance door loitering or keeping watch. Pit bull in the hallway. Razor found by child in the bathroom. I heard the outside door slam 20-30 times during the night (around 2am-4am). The renovations did not include any repairs to the water damaged doors, door trim, or popcorn ceiling stains. The frontdesk person who is also the housekeeping person was very courteous. No personnel on property after dark - I don't blame them, I didn't want to be here after dark either. Walking distance from "Knights Library" bar and plenty of men loitering around the door. Bring your own soap and toiletries, there aren't even mini-versions available. Kitchen appliances but no kitchen items - no coffee pot, no mug, no spoon.

Called us at 2:55pm after we had driven seven hours to let us know our reservation was cancelled because they were sold out, despite us making our reservation weeks in advance. The employee on the phone was curt and unhelpful and refused to give her name/allow us to speak with a manager. We ended up arriving at the hotel anyway since we were five minutes away when they called, and the employee proceeded to lock the office doors and peer at us through the crack while the phone rang and rang. After waiting for about fifteen minutes with zero assistance or communication, we were forced to book a different hotel, which was incredibly expensive due to surge pricing for the festival this weekend.
