InTown Suites Extended Stay Select Orlando FL - Lee Rd

Lee Road InTown. Josh at front desk is an Angel. He won't put up with your bad behavior but for respectful customers, he goes above and beyond. Room was very clean, no bugs, TV and Internet worked great. AC, appliances all super clean and worked well. We will be here for a few months. Property well lit at night.

My stay here has been very good room has been very clean. Housekeeping service has been very respectful and very thoughtful front desk. People are very respectful and friendly. Love how they keep communication and ask how your day was and have conversation with you to make you laugh. They always make sure that I’m good and my kids are good as well not just mine but other kids in here as well. Highly recommend this hotel

I am currently a resident at the In-Town Suites Orlando/Lee rd. The office manager James and maintenance man Larry were inconsiderate, downplayed my complaint , and waited 2 weeks after complaining to the property attendant to come and assist with our fridge. Yesterday, (8/14/23) after 2 weeks of waiting to be helped with our non-working fridge. James denied knowing we needed assistance due to office staff (Stephen) not making him aware. Larry and James both came into our suite after banging on the door 3x (no patience). They checked the fridge and basically stated I would lose more food due to another fridge needing 24hrs to cool. I asked what am I to do with my food and we had to figure it out because they can’t/won’t store your food. I was taken back with the lack of compassion or care.

Doug the property maintenance man is awesome, he does his job and he's really respectful about it and kind. He for sure goes above and beyond to help people staying here including myself. I'd recommend staying here on the strength of him and Josh at the front desk for sure.

My stay here has been a blessing‼️.. The staff are very helpful and they make me feel very comfortable. The prices are reasonable and the suites are nice amd clean‼️... I rate my stay a 10‼️😊
