InTown Suites Extended Stay Select Houston TX - Stafford

I have been here for about week. When I checked in one of the managers and Michelle this sites general manager were very professional, friendly, and accommodating. My room is perfect for one person with a physical disability. The room has everything I need plus there’s no huge deposit like you would have with an apartment rental, no utilities to pay, free WiFi, cable and weekly housekeeping once you stay past one week. Monica the housekeeper was very sweet and personable as she was cleaning my room. It’s very quiet here, and I feel safe. I did add some of my own things to make the space feel more like an apartment instead of a motel room. Thank you, InTown Suites for giving me a micro-studio to call home.

I love this place so much I book here all the time! Michelle is wonderful she takes care of everything that the guest need and is very hospitable! The rooms are always clean and it does look exactly like the picture. 100/10

I've been here every since October and have not had any issues the room is very nice the staff is super nice , Michelle is wonderful and kind house keeping is great and friendly it's safe and peaceful it's close to a lot of restaurants and stores

Omg no matter where you go all these properties are INFESt with ROAChes. This was our second property here in this state and when I looked at the first room. It was very dirty, and so the attendant took me to another room, and it was worse. The first sink was detached from the wall, and I said to Angie attendant well maybe this means that I’ll be able to spray the roach spray back there the roaches that constantly came out of the bathroom behind the sink and the toilet from around the tub repair area. It’s Shell had black, mold or wire on the caulking area. I have pictures of when we moved out and the staff refused to get my deposit back stating that my family messed up their seek when I have a video recording of our walk-through and you can hear me talking about the sink being detached fr

The day I checked in I had just flown back from a visit to Alaska, and had been up for nearly 24 hours and was wiped out. I checked in with Ms. Michelle was super nice when checking me in. Answered all my questions and laid out everything I needed to know about my stay. She made sure to let me check out the room before deciding to stay in it which I appreciate. Out of all the staff I’ve interacted with I haven’t had an issue with anyone. For the most part people stay to themselves and it’s pretty quiet, the occasion couple fighting and whatnot. Kids run around during the day and evening but around 8 everyone quiets down. I was surprised at how clean it was, and haven’t seen any roaches as of yet. The have someone from Orkan, come out and spray all the rooms which is nice. It is ran more of
