Holiday Inn Express & Suites Stafford NW - Sugar Land by IHG

I stayed a night with my family with two kids. 1. The indoor pool was great. The water temperature was perfect and the area is well-managed. 2. Breakfast was great. The area was extremely clean. All day coffee machine was super-plus. 3. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. 4. Staffs are very kind and nice. We will definitely stay again later.

The Hispanic front desk lady working in the afternoon is the best receptionist I have ever met. Sorry, I forget your name. Neither my family. She is very professional and acknowledges all guests whenever they walk by hotel lobby. We feel so welcome to be here. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Thank you~

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall environment was quiet and relaxing. The location is convenient, with short drive to the restaurants area. One of my favorite things was the coffee machine in the room—it uses real coffee beans, and the taste was amazing! The hotel also has a swimming pool, which was a great bonus. I’d definitely stay here again.

We stayed in other Hotel before, entrance of the hotel was very attractive but customer service was not that great so we move to Holiday inn Express Stafford & at 1st my 2.5 year old daughter said she didn't want to stay there cuz the entrance was not that great compared to the other one but man the service, room, staff everything was so great. Sandra was at the counter & she is an asset for the company. we will definitely come back. Highly recommend this place.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for just one afternoon and overnight, and overall had a very nice experience. The hotel is easy to get to and in a convenient location, which made travel simple. The property itself was very clean, and the staff members we interacted with were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. The free breakfast in the morning was decent and made for a quick and easy start to the day. We did discover there wasn’t a shower curtain when it was time to shower, but it was late and we just made it work, no big deal. Even with that minor hiccup, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. The comfort, cleanliness, and friendly staff made it a pleasant stop.
