InTown Suites Extended Stay Orlando FL - Universal

The Rooms are Nice and Clean, The place is very nice as well.. Also very quiet! The manager Chris is very nice and helpful, nice swimming pool as well.. very nice area, lots of places you can walk too. I'll rate this 10 stars if I could. My children and I feel very safe here, and I'm glad that we finally found the right place to be. Thank you to the manager Chris and the staff for being so friendly and helpful.. also very caring.

We could not handle smell and roaches. Room that you see on a picture is NOT what you will get. Perhaps at some point it looked like that. Rooms are dirty. We paid for a week, didn't spend a night. I had to move family to another hotel, which was also close to Universal and price difference was not substantial, however cleanliness and service was much -much better. DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I asked for a refund and didn't get it. Calls to corporate office go unanswered. Emails ignored. I'm absolutely certain that I will get a auto-response to this review that will be: " We are sorry your stay was not better! We pride ourselves on providing, clean, pest free rooms and have protocols in place to ensure we deliver. We will investigate and address this with our team immediately. T

Had been wanting to try this place for a while since I was paying $2000+ at another local extended stay hotel. This hotel is $425 a week for a 2 full bed room, so quite a bit of savings there. Was scared to stay due to reviews on here, but keeping in mind most people only review when something goes wrong, I pushed forward. ||||So first off, the rooms are fine. No problem there. I could tell the carpet had been cleaned in my room recently, no stains anywhere, and they include a few free towels and toilet paper as a start. Unlike other more expensive stays, however, these are not refilled weekly, so it is up to you to wash your own towels, provide your own bathroom products, etc. ||||WiFi is included in the weekly rate, and is decent most of the day. The rooms are cleaned, Nice stove, and the manager Chris is very nice and helpful. The area is also nice... There's outlets near by, shopping area's, lots of restaurants near by. Ever since we've been here, we've been walking around almost every night visiting different places.. they also have a few anime stores near by where you can buy posters, rugs, mugs, Keychains, and a bunch of other stuff. The stores are LOADED here. 5615 InTown suites universal is a beautiful area, peaceful and very safe, they also have a pool, and an elevator. My Dad, my brother Reno and Me Leilani feel very safe here, and are very happy we finally found the right place to be. The InTown Suite Major Blvd has been an absolute blessing to me and my family. We're going through a lot personally and we had to aquire a temporary alternative residence. For our unique situation the InTown Suites has been home away from home. The entire staff is awesome. The facilities are clean and modern. The prices are unbeatable with the location and the management. That alone is worth the stay. It has flexibility for a comfortable stay for a week for out of towners, or if you need to rent for 6months to get your life started on the right track without the stresses of credit checks and hefty deposits.
