Nice place, friendly staff honestly not much to say stayed 1 week while on vacation an really can't complain about much truthfully

The manager took it upon herself to cancel my room reservation DAY OF. I booked third party ( Expedia). I provided all my ESA documentation to the reservationist who assured me this hotel was pet friendly. Instructed to provide documentation upon arrival, I was vehemently denied the opportunity to do so. Manager said "This is my hotel, I'm the manger, and I said no dogs. I don't care if it's a service animal or not" Emotionally Triggered, I escaped the situation I now have the courage to tell my story. Thank you

Where should I start? On my first day arriving i explained that I have mobility issues due to years of playing sports and construction, the GM was very accommodating, he assisted with getting me a room that would be beneficial to my mobility. The room is nice, everything works perfectly (besides internet issues 😆) but seriously its been very quiet and peaceful. The housekeeping staff is very friendly and do an outstanding job, George the maintenance person is very friendly as well and helpful, the lady that fills in for the manger is a true ray of sunshine 🌞 she has a excellent personality just like the manager, I could go on for days! Im glad I chose this location. Would definitely recommend!!!

Fifi and lipisa was awesome today. Always happy always polite. Very understanding and get things done best in office so far. And gave me great news today. Must stay we need more like them. ❤️

My stay at InTown Suites was outstanding from start to finish. The property was clean, well‑maintained, and provided a comfortable environment throughout my visit. The Manager Manny was consistently professional, friendly, and attentive, making sure every need was met promptly and with a positive attitude.
