InTown Suites Extended Stay North Charleston SC - Ashley Phosphate

I expected less. But to my amazement. The room was clean upon arrival. I love the decor. And it's really quiet. We are here for work. So that was super important. The manager Jennifer and her direct staff are awesome. Maintainence is always willing to help.They are extremely helpful when needed. I have zero complaints. The area surrounding is sketchy. But Intowne is very safe. I would recommend to anyone. Outta town on work. Trying to budget. It's the best genuinely.

Stayed at the hotel for 8 weeks the last week a new manager came and refused my order of cook unity prepared meals while I was working He cost me $160.00 of groceries.He was extremely rude to me I always pay a day early I also cleaned the room before I left there I don’t recommend this place if you are a busy professional with little time to cook for yourself. I was informed that my package did not have to have a signature that they would accept it for me per the GM Luis. I was not offered a refund or assistance with replacing what they refused which was my weekly order of food.

I really enjoy the room that I had got. I just have a few concerns about the room one you are responsible for your own clean linens and the waterbugs is crazy. I sprayed my whole room down and they keep popping up somehow the remote control is tearing up but other than that the room is nice

Booked a room for a week via booking.com. During my check in the clerk, Tanya attempted to.charge me again for the room. I told her again and she changed the payment to juat theb$50 for deposit. The next day, I realize that she took.uponnherself to charge my card the weekly rate without my authorization for a reservation already paid for. When mentioned to me she claimed she did no such things but printed me off a receipt showing detailed charges to include the amount charged to my card by the hotel. First, when you use a third party you have to get your receipt from them the hotel does not have one for you, secondly the receipt she print3d off isn't even for the price I paid on booking but it is the price in which she attempted to charge me while in the office.
