InTown Suites Extended Stay Mobile AL - Tillmans Corner

Photos are highly inaccurate. "Premium room" was stale and cheap with paper thin walls. Bed was uncomfortable, sink was dirty, shower was pitiful. Someone's old razor was still in the bathtub. Office is closed on Sundays, so I had to book an extra day for no reason and check in Saturday. After a sudden lay off on my 2nd week at the hotel, I had to check out early, after only 2 days into the week I just paid for. I was informed by the man at the front desk that this company does not do refunds and I would not be reimbursed for those 5 unused days. I can see now why I was nearly pressured to pay for the month in full. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone seeking comfort or amenities. I don't plan on using any facility with the InTown name again.

Absolutely nothing but bad!! I would never recommended this place!! The beds were like sleeping on plywood, there is no sound proofing in the walls or ceilings so it was exceptionally noisy. The room was smelly, you have to wash the cheap paper thin towels for your entire stay and provide your own toilet paper!!! I also found several dead cockroaches and one that was still alive but on it's back dying. GROSS!!

Mrs. Kaythrn the Gm at this place is absolutely amazing & so sweet . She help me and my family everyday we was staying making sure my family & I was comfortable & had a wonderful stay ! I would recommend getting with Mrs. Kaythrn when you stay here she is absolutely the best ! And your stay won’t be disappointed at all .

this is the best hotel in area. Very reasonable, quiet, kid friendly, great customer service., the office staff was great, housekeeping did a great job cleaning my room every week. Kudos to everyone I highly recommend intown suites

Rooms are nice and the area is quiet. Service is good and the staff is friendly. Good place if you need a to stay somewhere for awhile.
