InTown Suites Extended Stay Mobile AL - South Beltline

The property manager is nice and accommodating. My stay here is very pleasant. Marcel at the front desk is nice and helpful. My room is clean and spacious. The property is well kept. Anthony the maintenance is very knowledgeable and quick to fix any repairs. Connie kept my room clean and fresh. I'm very satisfied with my stay here. I will definitely return in the future.

Maybe I got lucky with the room or the last place I stayed was just THAT bad but this place is clean, quiet and the staff is cool. The only problem I’ve had thus far was my room lock dying and they fixed it pretty much immediately. I don’t sleep under hotel covers anyway so I can’t speak much on that but I’m enjoying my stay so far. I love the fact that it has a kitchen. And this is a great place for the price. And I’m close to one of my favorite restaurants on airport and shopping.

I can honestly say I’ve had a great experience! I booked with them because they had the best rate for the area I was in and the rooms looked really nice for the price. The first day I came in and went straight to work so I didn’t check in until later that day. My reservation got cancelled (possibly by 3rd party because GM said they don’t cancel reservations unless asked). No worries they reinstated my booking with my rate and gave me the key to check the room before I paid. I did the typical check for bugs and cleanliness and was very impressed. It was refreshing and also smelt as though they sprayed for bugs. With me knowing how hotels can be with insect issues, it was good to know they were being proactive to keep them away. Stayed at the Mobile location for three weeks while I trained a new job. The room was their premium - queen and I must say that I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and in good repair, the staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone was engaging, and always pleasant. The laundry was clean and accessible, the grounds were well-kept, and the location was super convenient. Shout out to Ed and his entire team. Thanks for a clean,quiet, safe place to rest my head.

Enjoying my stay I’ve been here for two weeks now going on another two weeks I can honestly say I enjoy it because it has all the things I need a shower, bed & kitchen for their weekly low payments it’s great! They try to keep it taken care of outside and they ensure all guests are safe during the day and night ! Thanks for having us here we will continue to stay for a little bit more time :)
