InTown Suites Extended Stay Gulfport MS

So my wife and I were forced to use this facility for two weeks while we waited for our home to be completed and available for move-in. It was the only facility that had 14 consecutive days and a kitchenette. When we initially checked in the manager, who was on duty was a floating manager who knew very little about the property. She walked us to the room stating that we needed to look at the room before we were allowed to consummate the rental. That should’ve been our first red flag. We looked in, walked around. Everything appeared to be OK with the exception of the seats that were torn to shreds at the table used for dining. We didn’t really care about that. I’m so aggravated with this place. I payed them 250 bucks to stay here for a week. Before I payed I asked the guy that was working the desk about they’re pet policy. He tells me they have no pet policy. I walk into my room with my cat! The following evening I get a knock on the door from the manager. He was completely rude and arrogant from the start! He told me that I had to remove my pet in 24hrs and that I wouldn’t be refunded for my remaining days I payed for. I told him your front desk clerk insured me that you all had no pet policy in play. He stated it doesn’t matter what his employee said, he would not be giving me my money back. I called they’re so called customer service line, they were no help! I will be contacting the better business bureau about this establishment and this man

Firstly when we first arrived , the office is always locked it seems when it’s excruciatingly hot outside. We were first shown room 220 , and it was in bad condition and missing its microwave disk for it (probably had other problems wrong with the room and I didn’t see it yet) but overall the room was somewhat better looking than the second room shown to me (Room 323) . There was trash under the bed , bugs , shower was inaccessible & the room didn’t have a comforter on the bed. When one was brought to us by the horrible housekeeping staff , it was DAMP. I asked her to take it RIGHT back & actually dry it correctly. Me and my fiancé were so tired from moving things into the room that we fell asleep on the bed waiting for the Housekeeping to come back with the newly dry comforter but she nev

We were asked to leave after our month stay was up because we complained about the conditions of the hotel, about maintenance not doing work in our room and about missing packages. We were also banned from receiving mail and packages for the duration of our stay for no reason other than the manager was mad at us for the review that was left. She actually called us into the office and yelled at us like we were kids then she called our personal phone trying to continue the argument. This hotel is not good and there is absolutely no one above the manager to complain to. We did not get a refund of any kind even though we left over a week early and no one ever reached out to us to apologize or try to make it right.
