InTown Suites Extended Stay Clearwater FL

This is my second time having to stay here and there is a HUGE difference between the two times. Anthony is amazing and always on top of anything you may need. He’s so personable and accommodating. Miss B and her staff are super friendly and helpful, I clean my own room but Miss B always checks in to see if we need anything. Things don’t stay broken for long with Woody around, he’s always on top of everything and really watches out for people. Truthfully my only complaint is that they advertise as family friendly but if you have kids I wouldn’t suggest staying here. They aren’t allowed to play outside and if they do go outside you have to be right on top of them every second or you will be talked too and your child yelled at. This is my review I wrote on hotels com This property is not a functional hotel and should be removed from Hotels.com immediately. Despite having a confirmed reservation, I arrived at 7:20 PM on Monday after driving all day only to be told the office was closed and they were overbooked. Even though they turned us away with nowhere to go, they still had the audacity to charge my card for the first night. The property itself is incredibly sketchy and does not resemble a legitimate travel accommodation; it appears to be a poorly maintained long-term residence. We were forced to find a last-minute hotel at a premium price. Avoid this place at all costs.

Quiet and relaxing, clean and I would recommend anytime! Nice area with lots of things to do WILL STAY AGAIN|| Our fridge/freezer/microwave worked great. A/C worked great too. Newly remodeled rooms. Staff was nice & helpful. Bed was a bit rough, felt like a hideaway bed. Was a pretty quiet area & close to a lot of attractions. Overall was worth the money

I stayed at this extended stay hotel for a few months and had a great experience, largely thanks to Anthony at the front desk. He made check-in easy, was consistently helpful with any issues during my stay, and always maintained a kind and professional demeanor. Employees like Anthony truly make a difference, and his excellent service is a big reason the hotel continues to thrive. I really appreciate all of his help, and InTown Suites should set him as an example of an all-star employee.

Anthomy at the front desk has been very helpful he has such a calm personality and helps when he can. I ran into an issue where I can't find housing right away so this is where we're staying until we can find it. The only downside is if you have children they are huge on yelling at your children and you have to always occupy your kids outside when playing not another parent can watch your children. Where we should be but it's true. So that is the only niche. But it is a fabulous place to stay the rooms are actually more spacious than I thought and I'm very thankful to be here
