InTown Suites Extended Stay Clarksville TN

I paid for a weeks satay at this establishment Two days into my stay, I was notified. I had an emergency at home and had to leave after talking to the manager. She said she would try to get me reimbursed for the days. I didn’t stay so when I asked for my refund, she told me she could not get it and that I was just out the $500 that I had paid to stay there for a week so I got no refund of any days that I did not stay, basically they stole my money. Also, the rooms were disgusting behind the beds the dressers, the chairs, the inside of the chairs look like they have not been cleaned in years. There was mouse and rat cc in the cabinets and overall the environment was horrible people running in and out of the facility all night being loud and what looked at me like selling drugs out of rooms

More than the room the front desk service was Excellent. They really made my stay comfortable and pleasant. Very accommodating and genuinely friendly and helpful. They really put forth effort to help their guests have an enjoyable stay..

My family and I moved here from Florida at the beginning of January. The room is very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We have enjoyed our stay here.

Very good place staff is nice and rooms are very nice for the price. I stayed up here for work, for about 4 months and it was great, if I work over here again I will 100% come back.
