Y’all. Stay here if you want excellent service and endless understanding. Ms. Jessica is a true blessing on this earth. She’s kind, understanding, and always willing to answer any questions/requests. But above all, she really helped me when I was in a bind…of my OWN doing! She did not have to do that, and I will forever be grateful to her and thankful she is so incredibly understanding. Please give Ms. Jessica a raise!

What I responded to their request for comment with.||||||It had been 17 years since I stayed at an Intown Suites and I should’ve known better. ||||The room has cockroaches. I have had to buy Fantastic to spray on them to kill them without tracking their eggs back home. I have had to buy Febreze because, despite the property being non-smoking, the room has clearly been smoked in.||||Nowhere when you book does it say that this property office is closed from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on a daily basis. When I arrived to check in at 2 p.m. I was told that “the office is closed and I can’t check you in until 3:30 p.m.” by an African-American woman.||||She was fairly brusque about it and, initially, I chalked it up to maybe just having a bad day. I reserved a upgraded room and the first initial look at the room seemed to be worth paying a little extra $$$ plus deposit but it was not much differt than a standard rate with deposit. First day fire alarms were going off third day no water after working all day. My bed is hard and I had to clean my room because it was not clean. Smelt of urine lingered. Cheapest in town for weekly rates but I recommend standard room because there's no difference and you have to spend more $$$.

Hello, the only two problems we had was beening told we have to tip $40-$60 when the curly hair guy David told us when he came to do our room. It also looked like David was on drugs as well. The second issue is when my husband got locked out of the room he had to call the number on door cause it was around 2 pm and Shawn was sitting in his car and told my husband they have 2 hrs to respond. Other then those two problems our stay was great. Jessie and the housekeeping team went out of their way to help us and very friendly. The room we had was very clean and no bugs. Aubrey is very sweet and helpful.

Rooms are very basic and not maintained at all. There are stains everywhere and the kitchen is a joke. I had to ask multiple times for the stovetop to be fixed. The HVAC has some type of mold that I’m pretty sure is making me sick…I’ve been coughing for a week and I never get sick. Location is great but street noise is high especially if in a room in front. There is no elevator so if you are on the third floor you are carrying everything up and down. I’m gonna go to the urgent care to check out my lungs ggs
