InTown Suites Extended Stay Atlanta GA - Snellville

Positive: The bed was very comfortable Negative: The staff wasn't very polite

Horrible place. I arrived at 10pm, the hotel was locked up with a phone in between doors. Learned that they only allow checkin between 11am-7pm. Never heard such a thing. Even hole in the wall motels have people available. Of course they charged me for the day I didn't even stay. Unfortunately it was Thanksgiving and other hotels availabilty was limited at 3x the cost. I literally had to come back the next morning to checkin. Luckily I had family in the area to sleep on th couch that night. The room wasn't very clean. There was someone's hair on the sink. The desk and kitchen was delapadated. For a extended stay there was no real place to put your clothes away. There was nothing to use to cook basic meals on the little range in the room. The first room I went to was disgusting with smell

All I can say is this location is surrounded around a lot of resources. My job is like right out the door I moved from a far, was in my car with my family for a month, applied to jobs and now I am able to afford this 2 bed suite paying a weekly rate that affordable. I previously stayed in another one 3 months ago for 6 months. But I had to relocate back to my previous city in Ga due to an emergency situation. But GOD still got me and my family and here we are at another location.. I am so truly Thankful!!! Yes I ado recommend to any one who’s looking for an affordable place no credit check no hassle!! Especially for people who need a second chance due to their credit score, and for travelers YES weekly rates beats all other hotels and Monthly rates.

The ONLY positive thing I have to say about my experience at this property is the fact that since I've been here I haven't seen NOT ONE roach or insect (besides a few gnats) in my 2 weeks of stay there. Which is truly relief compared to most affordable extended stays, but honestly there are a list of undesirable issues with the quality of the rooms. The metal bedframes are holding the mattresses on a sheet of ply wood. The mold in the bathrooms and ceiling has been painted over but reveals itself more as the days went by, but the room looks like it hasn't been painted or maintained at all! Duct tape spots on the floors, baseboards and door frames absolutely disgusting, rusty door hinges, vent in bathroom filled with dust from months ago, and walls so thin you can hear even a soft voice nex

The staff were very friendly, I feel like they went out of their way to make me feel at home. I felt safe and comfortable. The room had everything I needed and I spent almost two months there. It was actuality kinda hard to leave. I felt like it was my space.
