InTown Suites Extended Stay Albuquerque NM

I rented a room from this place back in October or November of 2024. I was FORCED to check out early due to a roach infestation on the property and some psycho shooting a full automatic gun on the property at different times of the day. I reported the roach issue to management and they changed me rooms. The second room was the exact same except for the added security issue with the random shooter. I reported the issue again and was told there is nothing they could do so I left 3 days early. I sent an email to the corporate office about getting a refund for the difference and was basically told to kick rocks and they were NOT going to give me a refund. I told them I didn't agree to a roach infestation and they ghosted me. I recommend you look elsewhere! If you like roaches there are other

Worst place I've ever stayed at. Plumbing trouble first day. Sink wouldn't drain. Toilet doesn't work right water Continues to run. The place is filthy. Had to wait a hour and a half to check in. Can't get ahold of anyone. Maintenance man came but didn't fix the problem. This is just ridiculous. I just want a refund and get the hell out of here. Need to update websites pictures for sure. No stars. Minus about 10 stars.

Charged to renew $443.72 instead of the $$270.13 I paid for my first week. They even advertise $270 a week on their billboard. I spend 8 months of the year on the road working and I will not stay at an InTown Suites again! The renovated room was tiny and dirty. The staff was rude beyond belief, condescending and completely unprofessional. Bought my own bug spray for the cockroaches. Housekeeping came in the room but did not clean a thing. Charged me for WiFi, over charged the fees and taxes for the second week. Not worth the headache for the savings of any other weekly hotel.

I enjoyed my stay here. The customer service is good. Aliyah G one of rhe clerk is very helpful and supportive. The upgraded room is very nice and a lot of storage space. They have elevator that always working making it easier on me for staying on the 3rd floor. The price is affordable and always have move in special if booked online on their website. I really enjoyed my stay here. I highly recommend it for anyone planning to stay. Parking is also FREE.
