Clean (except for some dirty stain in the bathtub that I took a star off for) no bugs, quiet, restful. I wanted to try just one night because I hate getting bitten by bed bugs and you never know with a hotel. But we got a discount for buying all nights in the beginning. And now I'm glad. It was safe and quiet and I got a good rest. If I want to take a bath I will have to clean the bathtub myself. For 1/2 to 1/3 the price of everywhere around me it's worth it to me. HUGE room, very comfortable bed, nice TV. Decent sized fridge with a microwave. I'm very confused by the number of reviews for this place that gave them three stars but say good things. We arrived after dark and left at dawn so the swimming pool was not open. We were told it had been 95 during the day, but the room's air conditioner cooled it quickly. Ours was a no smoking, no.pet room on the first floor. Quiet and clean. Memory foam mattresses.||Proprietor explained that all rooms are no smoking because previous smokers had damaged the furniture and bath tubs. So the rooms were painted and redecorated. And all rooms became non-smoking. Sure enough, there were burn marks on the edge of our tub. I'm sensitive to smoke and it seems the conversion worked well.||We were here mid-week. Prices are higher on the weekend. Furniture shows wear and tear, but all in good working order. Nice to have mini-fridge and microwave. Plenty of hot water and fluffy towels.

I didn't need anything fancy, just a cheap motel room for an overnight stay while driving west on I-90. The outside looked old and run down, but the room I got was huge and clean. The room rate was so low that I didn't expect much and was pleasantly surprised at what was included. The lady working the lobby was very friendly and appreciated my business. My room had hardwood floors, free WiFi, a mini fridge, a large flatscreen TV with an HDMI cord so I could hook my laptop up to it, 2 comfortable king size beds, and a clean bathroom. I feel I got a bargain on a comfortable stay for the cheapest price in town.

We were pleasantly surprised! The folks at registration were welcoming, the room was quiet and clean. The room even had a boot tray for wet shoes to help keep the room tidy while you stay. The best part was the bed. It had a new memory foam mattress that was thick and perfectly firm. I have hip pain and it’s the first night I’ve slept and woken painless in a long time!

We booked here based on the positive reviews. I don’t know if we somehow got the only bad room, but it was filthy. The floor was not washed, or even swept - dirty footprints and a lot of hair that was not mine. The gap under the floor is large enough to allow mice, and the mattress cover had smeared blood. That’s just what I saw in the first 5 minutes. Considering that there only seemed to be 3 rooms booked vs the other hotels we drove past, the maids should have enough time to do a more thorough cleaning. Also, it’s ok to clean the light switches! Gross!
