International Drive Hotel

Where do I start. Hotel is under construction and was formally a Comfort Inn. Of the two elevators one was not working. In the room the closet doors were missing. Things on the wall were crocked. The ironing board was not usable. Pant missing on doors in bathroom. Light flickering in Bathroom. Hair on shower walls. Large wet spot on floor. Looks like furniture was painted where it set because when it was moved back you could see the paint on the carpet. Drawers has some sort of stains in them. Location was great though. Only reason it got two stars

Hands down one of the best stays I’ve had. Mimi and Annette delivered truly exceptional, above-and-b not service that went far beyond expectations and made the entire experience memorable. The property was spotless, the breakfast was excellent, the location couldn’t be more convenient, and the price was outstanding for the value. It’s rare to find all of this in one place. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free, top-quality stay.

My flight was delayed I lost out on my regular room. This place was able to accommodate my stay. The room was kinda rough but I had a place to stay at 3 am after all my delays. It was super inexpensive and I had no problems. Location is ideal for the convention center.

Positive: The air conditioning is good. Negative: I’m leaving this review to say that the only good thing about the hotel was that the room was clean, but the smell was awful, like a dog, and when I went to take a shower, the towels were already wet.”

The hotel was OK, with a good bed, mini fridge, microwave and flatscreen TV. The breakfast was good. The service was good. The problem is there were many bugs, small little mites, and cockroaches, and the couch was unusable. My main issue is that they are unreachable, and charged me a phantom $25 charge after I prepaid for the reservation. I cannot reach them, they do not have a phone number. I did not have a car on property and was using Uber in Orlando. This is maddening. I have no idea why I was charged $25. Please reverse the charges. I did not damage the room or smoke in the room or do anything else to the property. This is unacceptable. They’re crooks. I am willing to amend this review if I get remuneration for the phantom charge. Otherwise I will be reviewing it poorly on many many
