We had a lovely stay at Inn The Pines. Ellie checked us in and out, and she was absolutely wonderful — very happy, kind, and always smiling. She made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. We really appreciated the discount for the hot springs. The location is convenient, just a short drive to the hot springs. Our upstairs room was very clean and quite spacious, which we loved. The only small downside was that we could hear the neighbors next to us a little bit and some cars passing by. Overall, a very nice stay with friendly service and a great location!

We stayed at Inn the Pines one night, Oct. 31, in room #101, which looked great when we dropped in to check availability for that night. We booked it based on the newly renovated appearance, and the only room available that night. |Our stay turned out to be a nightmare! Sounded like two adult couples (4 people, terribly inconsiderate and obnoxious) whooping it up in the room above us -- shuffling furniture, stomping around, dropping golf-ball-sounding objects on the floor above our beds, loud talking, moaning and groaning well past midnight. It was torture for us! Would have exited immediately except for driving distance home and late hour.|No soundproofing and no guarantee guests' stay will be quiet and peaceful, like "Inn the Pines" might imply. Also no one on property at night to summo

Sorry to write this review. But I had to in case there are other people sensitive to smell! Holy cow the linen was washed in a horrible smell. They should not use any scent. I permeated the entire room and all my clothes! I had to was everything asap when I got home including a shower for me! The pillows were flat and hard along with the bed. It was hot and I had the window open. No sound but I don't think many were staying there. The gal at the desk was amazing I will say that! Super friendly and helpful. Even loaned us some towels we forgot for the Idaho Hot springs.

The room was clean and cozy! The towels were really nice. I loved the little heater in the bathroom wall. Property was beautiful.

Great experience! Staff was very helpful. Room was very clean and plenty of space. Definitely recommend. Only issue was no espn via directv. It is football/basketball season. But that's being picky.
