Inn at the Alpine

A gem of a family owned motel. We were in the area for the Ironman in Frankfurt, 30 mins away, and had a great 2 night stay. It is an older motel that they are in the process of updating. We stayed in room that had not been remodeled yet and was a little dated but VERY clean, spacious and comfortable. The fan/AC worked great and the bedding was comfortable. The owners and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice coffee/tea bar in the lobby that I enjoyed outside in a chair on the lawn. There was a small mini golf course and swings. The lobby had games to borrow and helpful tourist info on the area. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

This hotel is simply perfect! We absolutely love staying here whenever we're in Michigan. It's clean, cozy, and ideal for our family. One of our favorite parts is the fun little golf setup right in the yard—great for relaxing and spending time together. It’s always a great experience!

I traveled from Iowa to Michigan for a trip and was very impressed with the hotel we stayed at. I loved how modern the decor was and how spacious the room felt. Everything was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The front desk area was also charming and well kept. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again if I come back through the area.

We stayed last night on a very short notice. We only called about 2 hours before we got there. They had a cancelation, and they helped us out. We didn't have any plans. It was a fantastic room there. It's an older hotel, but the room was extremely nice. The people were very friendly. It was our wedding anniversary and they gave us a little something for our wedding anniversary. I have to say that I couldn't have asked for a better place for a just, you know, no plan. I think if we're in the area again, we'll definitely stay again

I loved it! My husband and I chose The Alpine to stay for our anniversary and it was quiet, private, and fun. I got to go look for breakfast at 8 am on a Tuesday and didn’t find anything lol so I don’t know if they serve breakfast during the week. The pillows were not the most comfortable, but that was only mine and my husband’s opinion. Other than that, the owners are very friendly and polite. There is a miniature golf that made our stay experience even more fun (wished we bring a piece of meet to throw on that grill that is provided by the motel). Tv is not a problem because there’s lots of channels to watch. Definitely a place we would love to visit again (only next time I would bring our own pillows lol). 😁👍🏼
