Incomparable Views!!! Friendly staff. Very clean and updated fixtures and furniture, modern. Room was very clean and smelled wonderful ( no stale saltwater smell). Deluxe kitchen had everything you need. Balcony views to die for. Very pleased with location. Right on the beach, nice pool and hottub. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking, biking distance. Best housemade pizza and Italian fair at NY 🍕. Will be coming back to stay.

I had to extend my stay and I just want to shout out Rikayah for being extremely helpful with the process. I love the ocean front view from my balcony as well. It's breath taking.

Highly “DONT NOT RECOMMEND” yes the rooms look nice but tons of issues went to get a shower and it did not work had to wait till next to get anybody to help tvs didn’t have remotes and one of the tvs didn’t even work all in all find somewhere else to stay this is not it

Honestly our experience here was not good and I’m about to tell you why. You have to leave a 5 star review and in exchange for that, they give you free glasses in the front office. We paid a 100$ deposit and told us we weren’t getting it back when we left because I had bled thru my pad in my sleep and got it on the sheets. (Women work in the office and act like they haven’t ever had that happen before) they feed the stray cats outside..you’ll see piles of cat food everywhere. And they had also told us we weren’t getting our deposit back because there was a bag of cat food in our room. They also said, because there was a FULL pack of cigarettes on the balcony that we were also not getting our deposit. I’d honestly go somewhere else. There's no staff available after 7 pm to resolve any issues in case you needed! We went with some friends, and they let their keys inside and they couldn't get into their room. Then the next night, other friends couldn't get after 10 pm because their key was deactivated, and there was no one there to help them. They finally had to go to another hotel and pay for a room. And when we claimed they said they can no do anything
