This place was rough the last few yrs now we have new owners and are trying to get the place up to par . The new owners worked with us on our move in a few months ago on the trailer we are buying and no its not a great trailer but worth it for 6 grand and cheap rent all in all the lord blessed us forsure

Going down hill with the new owners who are rarely around Rude not friendly not helpful at all want there money even told the person son that his father needs to get a hold of them asap which he has tried multiple times before but won't pick up the phone at all if they own it for to long might be a place you don't want to live at with your kids! I see it returning back to the bad rep it once had!

Lived here for a couple years. Well kept now adays, not a bad place to live at all. Has Clark's river right next to it so you can fish whenever you want if you have a license.

DUMP! !UNSAFE PLACE was in there to look at buyin a trailer for sale .know why wantin to sell .a dude came at me said I bout ran over his dog ..nope no where close !! Threatened to kick my #ss .screaming at me . LOUSY UNSAFE PLACE

New owners are horrible. Have a co worker who lives there owns there trailer and was forced out. Now they will be homeless. The new owners are uncouth with no morals if they don't like you then your out.
