Imperial Sand Dunes - Cahuilla Ranger Station

Been wanting to go here and finally decided at the last moment to go during Labor day weekend. Suck it was very hot and the sand was very hot too so didn't stay long. Very happy I went though. Will go again during the colder month.

I have had the pleasure of capturing some memorable moments in the Sand Dunes of Glamis.

God placed Glamis in SoCal for us that enjoy off-roading.

Nothing beats glamis dunes. Coming every year and keep coming for many more.

I must admit when my husband first suggested we go out to the middle of the desert in December I thought he was crazy! Upon arriving I continued that same train of thought. It wasn't until we jumped into the razor and took off into the hills that I understood what the draw to this desert wonderland was. Climbing up the dunes and racing down them is an experience I can't really explain. But I would recommend it to anyone who has the chance. Unless of course, you have a weak heart, because riding the dunes is not for the faint of heart. My only complaint is that there is no curfew (or at least it isn't endorced).
