Everything from pick up a drop off was fine very smooth and had no issues. Only problem was the generator in our rv shut off randomly and wouldn’t turn on so we were without AC for a few hours. Contacted help line and they walked us through steps to check and sure enough our generator did have oil in it. Never had this issue in the past this is my second El Monte rental. Generator continued to to the same thing all weekend. While other friends had the same rv and they had no issues with there rv generator.
Victor and Amanda were awesome! I would rent again from them.
