Imperial Harbor mobile home estates

My grandparents purchased a home in Imperial Harbor 1984. It has been in our family ever since. We all look forward to being here throughout the year. 😍 I can't imagine visiting anywhere else! ❤️

Friendly residents at this park in Bonita Springs. I was there for a nice craft show & bake sale. Nice looking pool & also saw some shuffleboard courts too. I prefer a gated community though & one where homes all must be in good condition. There were many nice homes, but some that were old & in poor condition. A positive is that the residents own their land there.

This is a great place to live! Very well kept and they have a wonderful clubhouse that includes a pool and a gym. They have many events held at the clubhouse. My great grandmother was the 5th trailer in this park around 1965. My family has been here ever since!

I was there over this past weekend. Beautiful place, very quiet, friendly residents. Clean. Lots of great activities offered at the clubhouse

I live in this place. It's awesome because you own the land so you may think you're buying the property for a high price but with no lot rent and a $25 optional month association fee to use the pool and the workout room and the activities. It's awesome
