Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Bonita Springs

Positive: Clean Rooms Negative: I stayed in 3 different rooms, 3 different times, and each of the beds were rock hard. It was like sleeping on a driveway. I had pain for days. You could have built a house on the foundation do the mattresses. They were absolutely horrible.

This property presents as brand new. Clean and comfortable, with stellar staff and modern amenities that you would expect from a Marriott hotel. Looking forward to staying here during our next visit to the Naples / Bonita Springs area. Well done!

Great value for the money; comfortable beds, wonderful complementary breakfast, and a good gym and pool! Quiet, too. We thoroughly enjoyed our three nights here. There was a problem, initially, with the motion detector in the room, but the engineering staff jumped on it immediately. (The hotel staff offered to move us (from #130 to another room), but having unpacked, we elected to stay. Shout outs to Lilly, who managed the breakfast bar, and Lea, the manager, for exceptional service.

The lobby w/bar is relaxing and inviting, open from 4p-10p. George is the bartender and he is GREAT! The building and amenities are almost new! Everything is the area is convenient, several different small establishments just down the sidewalk; Mexican, Chinese, American diner. The beds are comfy and the shower is large with plenty of hot water! There’s a pool and hot tub in the back.

Visited this property on our visit to Bonita Springs area and Ave Maria area. The hotel is beautiful and feels very new from building to facilities. The room was very nice and very clean. Everyone was very professional and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the coffee there was excellent. Will definitely visit there in the future and definitely recommend this property
