IM Hotel by Timberlake

Absolutely disgusting hotel - a total dump. Mold in bathroom, and looks like they have tried to paint over. Very small room, hallways and elevator. Heater is very rattle-y and loud. Hotel smells. No cable service on TV, so TV is useless. Would not let us keep all of our belongings in our room (hockey sticks), but did not disclose this upon reservation and stated they are not responsible if our vehicle is broken into. Everyone in our room is responsible and of age to not be playing with sticks or cause damage to this subpar hotel. This is absolutely unacceptable. Just an awful experience.

We were so pleasantly surprised with our stay. The hotel was sparkling clean, quiet, no cigarette smell, free breakfast etc. The best part of our stay however was the service. I wish I had the name of the desk manager to shout out publically the difference he made in our day. Clearly he understands how important customer service is. IM Grand Rapids will be our choice whenever we are in town.

Very clean hotel and updated rooms. Though our room did have a smoke smell to it (it was a non-smoking room). They accommodate dogs. Breakfast was good. The beds were sooo comfortable compared to other more expensive hotels nearby like Best Western. For the price, I would stay here again.

Nice quiet place! Washer and dryer for everyone to use which comes in handy... comfortable beds, nice big TV, continental breakfast which is yummy...
