IHG BLDG 9054

Found dirty dishes and utensils in the room. Other than that it's what you'd expect from IHG on a military base. Prison breakfast and an AC that makes crazy noises. The ceiling fan works when it feels like it and the lights flicker.

It's functional, but very barebones, aged, and sorely needing little repairs and updating. Very much an old Army hotel.

Arrived around 6 pm the first night, the room is in Bldg 9054, away from the big hotel. Got all the luggage in the hallway, and opened the door, the room is unclean (see picture). Called the help desk, and the employee told me to go back to the lobby to get a different key. I said no, send someone to drop off the key. Because my luggage is in the hallway. Someone came and dropped off the key. The next day, room service left a pair of gloves (look used, see picture). also found a bug in a freshly made bed. On the third day, this is when I had enough. Roaches (see pictures)! In the bathtub, and on the kitchen floor when I woke up. Additionally, there is not enough parking. IHG is charging $97 a night at this location, over the authorized DTS rate. It was a over night stay. So wonderfully quiet. The room was nice and clean. When we woke up in the morning and opened the door. To see the dragonflies and birds flying around in the clam and peaceful guiet was a bonus in delight. I would stay here again.

Building has bugs, staff doesn't care, they lack communication between the school house and themselves soldiers end up getting kicked out of their rooms forcing them to go off post with only 4 days of class left. Washers and dryers smell like weed, refrigerators used for yogurts are kept to warm risking soldier health. The list of issues are to long to post.
