IHG Army Hotels Five Star Inn

Truly an amazing stay, I came from the city for a little get away trip for thanksgiving. Got a nice bedroom felt like a little home, clean. Coffee maker, nice kitchen area, AC/heater. And the front desk lady was an absolute delight! She was really helpful and nice. Breakfast was definitely good too! Overall, great stay for visiting West Point!

Pleasantly surprised by our great stay here! The room’s furniture is certainly outdated but everything was impeccably clean. We typically stay at very high end hotels and I was concerned about having to stay at the 5 Star Inn but we would actually go back for a future visit to West Point. Last time we stayed at the Thayer Hotel. Honestly, this hotel was just about the same as Thayer in terms of room cleanliness and staff friendliness.

Great spacious room, like a small apartment, stayed while visiting West Point Academy, front desk was very professional and friendly, the AC in both rooms worked great. Good hot water and water pressure. The rooms were cleaned everyday and they did a great job. Easy checked in and checked out. Recommend staying here.

Incredibly comfortable beds. Large rooms. Easy to find and quick access to the base. Friendly service.

My wife, family, and I stayed here for our wedding weekend at the end of September and had a wonderful time and stay. We had the whole second floor to ourselves and the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Mary was exceptional. She was extremely helpful and generous to us, especially while planning our stay over the course of the summer. She has her guests' best interests in mind and is just a wonderful person to interact with. We will miss her!
