We stayed here 2 nights simply awesome has kitchen living room w couch n chair Hugh bedroom free coffee tea 24 hours highly suggest it was$$$$. Cost us $168 night for 2

If you are offered you need to stay here once for the sense of history and the colleagues who have signed the guest book. The rooms themselves are shopworn and okay at best. Very high bed. Very few plugs in the room. Internet spotty at best. Sports equipment not good. Breakfast extremely basic. Would not stay there for a long stay but you have to stay here once.

Second time staying here in 2016 for my graduating sister at USMA. Both times tv does not work and shower leeking from bottom with low shower pressure. Asked staff multiple times to refill coffee and bring up roll a way bed but unable to do so. Got yelled at for making own coffee and and my sister, second liuetenant is sleeping on the floor bc unable to accomodate. Would recommend families stay elsewhere near campus. Very poor stay here and very unhappy with staff.

Got a family suite for 3. Decent room. Convenient location if you visit USMA site. Continental breakfast incl cereal, bread, muffins, yogurt, egg and juice. Free coffee is available 24/7, but room service will come upon request.

I’d leave a zero star if I could. These rooms were somewhat rough when we were stationed here in the mid-2000s, but DoD still controlled pricing. Now you pay per deim rates but get flea-bag quality. Shame on IHG Army. This room wouldn’t be acceptable as a flop-house. It certainly isn’t what one expects at our Nation’s Military Academy!
