Hyatt Regency Orlando

I have never had a better experience at a hotel and I can give all the thanks in the world to Gokhan!! Every day he was consistently above and beyond nice and welcoming. The first night I arrived I sat alone at the sushi bar and he was so accommodating and even went and put in a reservation for me for the other restaurant for the next night. The next night he took amazing care of me and my Nana. I watched him managing both restaurants back and forth with ease. He was everything a manager should be and more. I was here surprising my Nana and he made our experience amazing. He even went out of his way to send us an amenity basket to our room. Let me not forget to mention our server at Fiorenzo, Jesus! They Hyatt Regency Orlando was a lovely hotel. We were there on a business trip, but walking through the hotel & the service we received, it felt more like a vacation. Their market area (small grocery, food, coffee) is open 24 hours which was very convenient. Our room, walking areas and elevators were extremely clean. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.

Solid option, I’d say this place is a great option for both Disney and universal if not staying on property at either

I appreciate how management is very responsive, professional , and patient with guests. That is the main reason why I am giving a 5 instead of 4 star review . 1. When we arrived at the hotel after a very long drive two bellman were not very helpful. One told me to just take my luggage to my room myself . And the other one allowed our stuff to drag off the luggage cart . Being a Hyatt Explorist and having visited other Hyatt regency hotels I was not used to bellmen responding in this way , however , management was very understanding and accommodating. And after observing while staying here it just may be at this hotel that everyone takes their luggage themselves , but I assumed that a 4 star Hyatt regency would provide this service given that the bellmen are here, standing , and available

Our 3-day stay at Hyatt was fantastic, all thanks to Dalina! She provided such warm and thoughtful service with a constant bright smile. We arrived early and she kindly arranged an early check-in for us. We used a Goh award for this stay and were delightfully surprised with a suite upgrade. What a lucky treat! The hotel’s location is super convenient for Universal Studios, and the shuttle service from the lobby made getting there easy. Our room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. We truly enjoyed every moment and will cherish this happy stay!
