Hyatt Place Tucson Airport

First: - Front desk check in ladies were great! So nice and kind and helpful. - All other staff we met seemed nice also. My negatives comments below don’t reflect the hard working nice people here (except who ever cleaned our room prior to our arrival) but reflects Hyatt not properly investing in this hotel to meet the standard of it’s other Hyatt Place’s, please do better Hyatt! The BAD: - Hotel smells bad! - Hotel feels and is old and out dated - Room was dirty and not properly cleaned! - pee on our bathroom floor - Cups in our room not washed and had lipstick - Stains everywhere, couch, floor, etc. - Rust and stains in the bathtub, - Grime, dirt, hard water, all over the broken sink - Breakfast horrible! was probably worst I have had at any hotel. - Not staff fault, but Hyatt’s fault

Unfortunately this hotel needs an entire upgrade. We stayed there for a tournament in town. We rented 10 rooms. Some rooms didn’t have running water!!! A few didn’t have a microwave, refrigerators did work properly, one room didn’t have a shower curtain! Ice machines didn’t work. On the 2nd day of our stay all room keys didn’t work. Lastly cleaning needs to be better! I will never stay there again!

I am here for a long term business trip. I requested room service for afternoon on Thursday, it never happened, and I requested again on Friday, it did not happen again, Saturday again, didn't happen, and Sunday again, it didn't happen.. they either come in the early morning which I DID request room service in the afternoon clearly every time, it either no body come to check at all! And I requested again today for Monday, let's see what happened. It's really frustrating to deal with this , it is hard to understand "requested room service in the afternoon" in English? This situation should not happen to Hyatt hotel at all. Also for the breakfast, it should supply until 9 am on work days, but the faculty usually start to clean everything up before 8:50. And it should supply until 10 am on w

Positive: "" Negative: No ice machines on 5 floors! Hotel requires you to go to front desk and request ice. I’ll never stay here again for this reason alone.

Old rooms. It is dirty, but the cleaning staff does their best. The property just desperately needs a Reno. Staff was nice. Even the shower had issues. The gym needs to be closed. It is disgusting an and non usable: unbearable smell in the CARPET, missing weights, and so hot. Even the hotel van was damaged. This place is sad
