Hyatt Place Orlando / I-Drive / Convention Center

We had such a wonderful experience at Hyatt Place, especially thanks to Roberto at the front desk. He is truly exceptional — warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Our flight was impacted by the recent blizzard in New York, and we were feeling stressed and uncertain about our plans. Roberto went above and beyond to help us adjust our stay smoothly. His kindness, patience, and willingness to help made a huge difference during a very stressful time. It’s rare to meet someone who truly cares about guests the way he does. His warmth gave us so much comfort when we needed it most. Roberto is the best, and he’s a big reason we’ll gladly return. Thank you for the amazing hospitality!

Stayed here on a trip to visit Epic Universe. The Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating when it came to helping us find the best way to get to Epic from the hotel, your best bet would be to take an Uber. The rooms were clean, the beds comfy, the tv had plenty of channels. The breakfast was decent with options even for picky eaters. The lemonade they offered as a refreshment on the table near the reception desks was delicious.

Stayed one night here after a cancelled flight. Came in late and they were able to accommodate. Honored my Hyatt membership and we got waters, snacks and toothbrushes. Room was clean, cool and comfortable, beds were way comfier than the Hyatt Regency we had stayed at the previous night. They shut off the water for maintenance between 11pm-4am but gave plenty of notice and it did not impact our stay. The next morning we had free hot breakfast with a good variety of options. Would stay here again.

We stayed here 2 weeks ago before our universal trip. It’s centrally located and very convenient to get to. The room was clean, the staff was amazing. We had issues with our parking and Roberto went above and beyond to take care of it for us. Will definitely be staying here again!

While this hotel is a nice property physically, it just didn’t live up to what we expected. We got in at night. After checking the Hyatt app to see if there was a restaurant, it said there was and it was open until 12am. We got in and the receptionist said there’s food and drinks open until 11pm. Then when we went to order food at 10pm, she said wings and pizza only- not sure why she couldn’t have said that at check in, since we planned our whole night around that. The hotel is very busy and noisy. Noisy A/C too. Worst sleep we’ve gotten in a hotel in months, and I stay in hotels half of my life for work. We weren’t even by an elevator and it was loud. I don’t think I’m asking much in a hotel for a quiet good night of sleep and accurate amenity advertising, but they’re dealbreakers for us.
