Hyatt Place Orlando Airport

I came in very late and left very early, so I didn't get to really experience everything this Hyatt had to offer, but I can say this: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was actually pretty awesome! I really liked the unique layout. The TV was quite big, the bed was comfortable (I tend to hate hotel beds), and there's a ton of room to move around and put your stuff. I'm the type of person who loves unpacking my suitcase and putting everything in drawers. Maybe I'm a weirdo, who knows, but that's my routine. This place has TONS of drawers! Typical amenities: Mini fridge (no freezer), safe, single serving coffee/tea machine, and a really nice living room/seating area where you could easily have four people hang out. It was great to have a suite with plenty of room for our family of six. Check in was easy, I did not anticipate paying for parking but that was not too difficult. it is near many Restaurants. Convenient to gas stations and other locations. We particularly Sonia at the front desk was amazing not just with us but other guests. They kept the food stocked well for the quantity of guests for breakfast.

I have stayed in many hotels and I have never been more impressed than when I stayed at the Hyatt Place Orlando. Upon greeting me as I entered the Lobby, Ceasar and Roberto were so helpful in making the arrangements for our stay. I was impressed by their kindness and their generosity . They truly seemed to make the quality of our stay their priority. The Atmosphere of the hotel was extremely relaxing and welcoming from the Lobby to the room. The value for the room per night was exceptional . The cleanliness of the room and housekeepers were the topping on the cake. They were so thorough in cleaning and straightening up the room for us as if we had just entered the hotel for a new day. They were so helpful and made our stay more than I could have imagined. Positive: "" Negative: Seem to use the quality name of the hotel, but provide very substandard service. Most staff great, except breakfast staff. Young ladies need to get off their cellphones and get serious training on customer service and courtesy. Breakfast tasted awful!

This score has nothing to do with the wonderful front desk staff. It was more on the condition of the property. Front desk workers were very friendly. However the floor in the room was extra black with dirt. Never been mopped in days or weeks. I have a photo of a 1X1 foot area of the floor that I cleaned because I walked barefoot and noticed the matted feeling under my feet. The entire floor was very dirty and sticky. I did not realize that in this hotel, we had to use our shoes the entire time. Quite disappointing. There is no lotion also. |The breakfast was mainly carbs.
