Hyatt Place Indianapolis / Carmel

My partner and I are exceedingly pleased with the quality of this location. When we checked in, the lady at the front desk was extremely kind and accommodating. The pool was empty when we got there and nice! They have plenty of lounge chairs, tables, and towels. Their gym is full of LifeTime Fitness equipment, weights, and a Peloton. Everything worked great! The showers were hot and very nice and even the shampoo and conditioner they provide leaves hair nice and soft. We also checked out their complimentary breakfast bar which was top notch. They had plenty of options to choose from, everything from eggs with sausage and hash browns to yogurt bowls and cereal. All in all, the stay was perfect and we both agreed we’d come back in a heart beat.

Very nice, clean hotel. Easy access to local events. The breakfast was good enough we didn't need to go out and spend extra money. I'd stay here again if I was ever in the area.

My husband & I stayed here while he attended a seminar near by. The hotel is conveniently located with driving distance of a variety of shopping/dining options. The check-in process (digital & in person) was easy & staff was very friendly & welcoming. Our room was pristine & very comfortable. Even though we were located not terribly far from the elevator & ice machine, our room was very quiet…couldn’t even tell that there were other guests on our floor. The complementary breakfast was good with lots of options. The best part of this hotel is its staff. Everyone was so friendly & accommodating. I had requested a late checkout since my husband’s seminar didn’t finish until after the regular checkout time, & staff readily allowed the extra time. Very nice place to stay & I highly recommend Hy

First time visiting this property and we were very happy with our stay. Everyone was friendly and greeted us warmly. The room heating and cooling operated very well with a very easy to use thermostat. The bathroom exhaust fan was a very pleasant surprise. Will be coming back for sure.

Positive: The location in Carmel Negative: We were placed in a wheel chair accessible room instead of a std 2 bed room. The closet had a hanging bar at waist level and no one could help us.The mattresses were very soft unlike usual Hyatt beds. The staff was unable to make decisions
