Hyatt Place Delray Beach

Expected this place to be better as it is similar in price to The Ray, which is just a block away. Unfortunately I am a bit disappointed that I chose Hyatt for this stay in Delray. It’s fine overall - the room was fairly clean (shower was a little meh), the staff is friendly enough, and the pool area isn’t bad. But there are better options in the area. This place also 100% needs an employee elevator - I have spent a lot of time waiting for the cleaning staff to load and unload their carts and being cramped in the elevator because they are trying to load as many maintenance supplies as possible at one time.

We love this hotel. The atmosphere, decor and staff are all great. We had an issue with a housekeeping request not being fulfilled after a long day out, and the staff were so great about it. We truly appreciated their caring response and kind demeanor in response to our complaint. We will definitely return if in the area again.

Positive: "/"Free/" breakfast." Negative: The fitness center was very barebones. Also the hotel is hard by the railroad tracks. And they automatically charged my card for "extras" when I checked in, saying the charge would be removed several days after I checked out.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Place Delray. The location is fantastic—perfect for enjoying everything Delray has to offer. A special shoutout to Dylan at the front desk, who truly went above and beyond. We had a delay checking in, and he not only handled it smoothly but upgraded us to an even better room than we expected. He continued to check in and make sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. Excellent service and a great experience overall!

GREAT LOCATION. Foot traffic at night is great. Great local shops in walking distance. Great Colombian Coffee Shop within walking distance. Amazing Coco Open Farm Market on the weekends with a variety of wonderful items for sale from produce to fresh baked goods. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Water pressure was low. Water was not as hot as I wanted. Overall, we will be back.
