Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Delray Beach I-95

Garbage inn. Don't stay here. The staff doesn't even look at you or say hi when you arrive. The rooms smell like dirty rags and the sofa bed is an absolute joke. I booked a king suite with a sofa bed for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). The sofa bed is baby-sized. Ours had trash in it when I rolled it open. I called front desk and they refused to send us a rolling bed. They refused to transfer us to another room and only offered extra blankets so my kids could sleep on the floor instead! General manager was not available. We will never spend any money in this stay EVER again. I recommend you look for any other place to stay

Good comfortable hotel with friendly staff , however charging for parking in a fairly remote location would stop me using this hotel and look for equivalent hotels in this price bracket with free parking in the future

this hotel is in a very interesting area of delray, around .5-1m away from the nicer parts of the town. the area is right off 95 and surrounded by lower income housing, a police station, and a gas station. it sticks out like a sore thumb and at night it doesn't feel safe to walk through to the nicer part of town - a handful of incapacitated people were walking around last night btwn hotel and library area as early as 7pm. rooms are outdated and average at best, but lobby is nice and breakfast is what you'd expect at a typical marriott hotel. i do not recommend staying here if you're looking to unwind near a beach or be in a walkable area; look for something in town or closer to the beach. if it's just a stop on a road trip, you're fine. front desk staff pleasant and helpful.

This hotel is very shady. Stayee here few times since last year. I will never stay here again. This happend to me twice. I booked my room in Nov 2025 for Feb 2026 stay. I guess they were sold out. they ran my card on file 7 days prior to my arrival and used excused to cancel my reservation because its expired. I never got a call to update my reservation. I called the next day and they said they cant take card over the phone. Its all a bs. I travel alot and only this hotel has ever done experienced this. Normally if they have an issue they call. I would not trust my reservation at this hotel. Not to mention the rude staff at front desk and little bugs in the room. I will be reporting this location to corporate. This is not OK.

I went for business so I cannot speak about going out/fun activities around. But the stay itself was perfect. Room was very clean and newer. The bathroom shower was very large and clean. Bathroom was spacious. AC worked very well. Breakfast included was okay, it did the job since I was there for business. It wasn’t bad. But it wasn’t the best. But it was fine for being included. I enjoyed relaxing in the room. It was very comfortable.
