Hyatt Place Boston/Medford

Wonderful hotel, king rooms are more like suites with living room, desk, couch, very clean and spacious. Great breakfast in the morning. I need to say Romona who works tirelessly at breakfast to set up, make your table up and always there with a beautiful smile and aura is the cherry on top. If management is reading please give her a raise because she is the biggest reason we keep booking with Hyatt Medford. 5 stars!

This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in outside of all inclusive resorts out of the country. The rooms are studio style clean and spacious. The breakfast that is included is better than some sit down restaurants. The food was fresh, hot, and constantly being replenished. The best part of our stay and why I would prefer this place over any other in this area was the staff!! Ramona in particular. She is the most kindest and pleasant woman ever! She was stationed at the breakfast area and when I tell you her service was top tier! She greeted everyone with a warm smile and heartfelt good morning! She made me feel like I was staying at a relatives house not a hotel! Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel over any other when staying in the Medford area!

This hotel is outstanding in comfort and customer service. My husband and I have stayed here to attend funerals . Jurrell front desk gave us a quiet room and got us checked in early. Ashley S overnight desk is so helpful and attends to everyone. They are outstanding employees. Ramona our breakfast attendant greets everyone and gets you set up. Always a smile on these friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel. You are treated with respect and professionalism.

Such a pleasant stay here! I booked it from Agoda for a night stay. They have spacious paid parking area underground and at the back for $15/day. Their service was so kind, the person in front office and restaurant during our breakfast were lovely. They have very proper room to have a rest, comfy bed, complete room amenities and good breakfast.

Positive: They offered early check-in without charge. Negative: Often there was no staff at the reception desk. There was a smell when we entered the room. They didn't clean the tea cups after they have been used when they came to clean the room.
