AC Hotel Boston North

Beds were comfortable. Rooms are clean. The AC vent blows directly on one of the beds, that wasn't good at all. I had to put a towel in the vent. Front desk was very nice. Not the best location if you are planning on visiting downtown much

I have been coming here to this hotel various times over the last seven months for work and for pleasure. Sharon and Christine are fantastic assets to this hotel. They are very welcoming and go out of their way to make your stay memorable. Great location, fantastic staff, and very clean.

Clean hotel. Beware of the $ 25 Destination Fee. Front desk staff will tell you it is a use it or lose type of credit, but it really is not a meal coupon. If you break down the bill, you will get a separate meal charge. It's a scam to make you eat at their facility. I will never stay here again.

Fix your restaurant. It’s substandard. For breakfast you can get the buffet or the buffet. (And the buffet is worse than you would get in a normal Marriott). The dinner was OK although you needed a chisel to eat the Tirimisu dessert because it was frozen solid. Otherwise, I love your hotel. Convenient, clean, comfortable, decent gym…
