This was my second stay here and it was as wonderful as my first. Johnathan was at the front desk the night my friend and I arrived and he was wondering. He knew we were coming late due to extremely bad weather and a highway closure. He made check in as quick and smooth as possible. The staff for the rest of our stay (4 nights total) were friendly, helpful and just genuinely engaging. The only ding I will give is minor but still something worth mentioning. Each day we could get several bottles of water as a courtesy. It would have been nice if we could have had that as we checked out for the road. It's minor, but still something that had my friend and I talking. I think what bothered us was the front desk clerk was a bit brisk with her when she asked and said, "yes, for four dol
Nice breakfast. Clean and comfortable stay with friendly staff and a convenient Uptown location close to shopping and dining. The room was modern and well maintained. One thing to note: odd-numbered rooms facing the main road can be noisy at night, so light sleepers may want to request a quieter room. Overall a solid option, but the noise keeps it from a full five stars.
Positive: It was very good, 9 out of 10 stars. Negative: Parking was difficult and the front doors to the hotel were not automatic, I had to scan my key card and manually open the doors.
The overall experience was excellent! From the moment of check in to check out folks were friendly and accommodating. Our room was excellent: comfortable, clean and quiet. The Continental breakfast was one of the best. Excellent stay. I was slightly bummed out that there wasn't a hot tub. But definitely not a deal breaker. We'll be back.
Stayed here for one night during the balloon fiesta. It is very convenient for the carpool pick up. Room was clean, breakfast was standard, nothing great, and hotel staff was very nice and friendly. Only issue was we were on the 6th floor and it took a long time to get hot water to shower. Not sure why that is because sink it came quickly. Katie Lopez was amazing. She did a great job returning my call and returning emails to follow up. Do not trust booking.com when you are placing a reservation for this hotel. It stated on booking that it was refundable up to 48 hrs. before stay and payment was not to be received until arriving at hotel. Unfortunately, that was not true. They took payment a month before the stay and stated hotel room was non refundable. They did honor the refundable part w
