I researched hotels all over Albuquerque. I like staying near the airport, because it's near the UNM area where I can find good restaurants, grocery stores and easy access to the interstate and main arteries. Although, it's near the airport, the airplane noise is not a problem. In general, the area is very safe, clean and quiet. The hotel is kept up to date, well-maintained, clean and well-staffed. The rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds, updated bathrooms and fast WiFi. The #1 reason I like the Hyatt here is because of the great value breakfast. They have scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, potatoes and chopped green chili every morning. I love the steel cut oats with plenty of add-on ingredients to make the oat meal even tastier and enriching. Coffee, tea, and just about everythi

This place is not good at all. Pictures are deceiving. The room was not fully cleaned. The last thing I need to do is me cleaning my room when you checked into a hotel, you shouldn't have yo do that. I was on the 5th floor and the hallways smelled like sewer back up. The breakfest was horrible. The hot food was cold. I told the front desk about it and showed them before and after picture of certain areas in the room that I ended up cleaning myself, and the front desk responded if I wanted a snack for the road when I was checking out. I am definitely crossing this place off my list during my travels.

I've been here for a little less than a month now, and I am constantly impressed by the staff. The service is with a smile, and I am greeted and thanked on a regular basis. For an airport hotel with free airport transportation, I am very happy with the facility. The rooms are clean, the amenities are good, and the vibe is friendly. Finding service with a smile is not always easy, but I certainly found it here.

Positive: Front desk staff were very kind and attentive. Very efficient. Negative: The shuttle driver at night from the airport was unprofessional. Using inappropriate language and complaining to me that she had to pick me up.

My only complaint about this hotel was that my room was unbearably hot. It was 30-58 degrees outside throughout the days I stayed. My room felt like it was 80 degrees. I turned the air down multiple times, I reported it to the front desk multiple times and they “unlocked the air” and put me on a “VIP status” (you can basically make the air colder in your room). None of the above worked. I was woken up multiple times throughout all nights due to it being unbearably hot. On the last night of our 3 night stay, they offered for us to move rooms. There was no point in moving all of our stuff on the last night after we had already dealt with it for 2 nights. I made these complaints within hours of arriving on the first day. I talked to the people at the front desk at least 4 times. The blankets
